Summer Cookouts, 2010, Winding Down.

The summer barbecues have been great fun.  And real tasty too.  We’ve had Cuban Burgers, Suicide Dogs, pulled pork, bbq chicken, pork loin steaks and even pizza on the Gig Green Egg.

We hope to have 1 or 2 more cooking classes on the Egg yet this fall.  We’re thinking about a repeat of the popular Maintenance and Safety Night for the chain saw guys, otherwise known as Beer and Brats Night. Keep your eye on this website for further developments.
